Base Filing fee: $100.00 + $20.00 for manual processing (form must be typed). The fee is $120.00.

What the form asks for
In the order of the official instructions for Certificate of Organization:
- LLC name including Limited Liability Company, Limited Company, L.L.C., LLC or LC.
- Principal office street and mailing addresses.
- A registered agent in Idaho.
- Name and address of at least one governor.
- Mailing address for annual report notices.
- Signature of an organizer or authorized person.
- Do not attach the operating agreement; the form says it is not filed with the office (Idaho Code 30-25-201(C)).
